Terms of Service
Last updated 1 August 2026. Plain English on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask in the Discord before you buy.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use an Eshu client for the length of time shown at checkout. You are not buying the software itself, and the licence is for you alone.
A key is delivered into a private Discord ticket once payment clears. Keys are personal. Sharing, reselling or publishing a key ends the licence with no refund. If you want to resell legitimately, there is a reseller programme.
2. Who can buy
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must connect a Discord account to purchase. We can refuse or cancel any sale, and we can block a Discord account from buying, without giving a reason.
3. What this software does
Eshu clients modify how a game behaves on your own machine. Using them will almost certainly breach the terms of service of the games they work with.
You may be banned from a game, a server, or a platform for using this software, and that risk is entirely yours. We do not guarantee that the client is undetected, and we will not refund, compensate or replace anything because an account of yours was banned. If that risk is not acceptable to you, do not buy.
4. Refunds
Because a key is delivered instantly and cannot be un-delivered, sales are final once the key has been shown to you.
We will refund you if:
- you were charged twice for the same order;
- you never received a key and we cannot deliver one; or
- the client is broken for everyone and stays broken for a meaningful part of the time you paid for.
We will not refund for a ban, for changing your mind, for buying the wrong product, or because a game updated and the client is briefly down. Ask in the Discord before buying if you are unsure which product you need.
5. Downtime
Games update, and the client sometimes stops working until it is updated too. We aim to fix that quickly but promise no particular uptime. Extended downtime may be compensated with added time at our discretion.
6. What you must not do
- Share, resell, lend or publish your key.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack or redistribute the client.
- Use it to harm other people — harassment, theft of accounts, or fraud.
- Charge back a payment instead of opening a ticket and talking to us.
Any of these ends your licence immediately, with no refund, and blocks the Discord account from future purchases.
7. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, open a ticket. A chargeback raised without contacting us first is treated as fraud: the licence ends, the Discord account is blocked permanently, and we will contest it with the delivery record.
8. Your data
We store your Discord ID and username, what you bought, and when. We use them to deliver your key, to provide support, and to enforce blocks. We do not sell your data. We only request the identify scope from Discord — we never post as you and we do not ask for your email.
9. Liability
The client is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous thirty days, and we are not liable for lost accounts, lost progress, lost items, or any indirect loss.
Nothing here removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and the version in force is the one published when you bought.
11. Contact
Everything goes through the Discord — discord.gg/eshu. Open a ticket and you will get a reply.
To finish before launch: the operating entity or trading name, a contact address, and the governing law and jurisdiction still need to be stated here. They were left blank rather than invented. This document is a working draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
